Job summary

Unitek College is seeking an Admissions Representative to engage prospective students for nursing and allied health programs. You will conduct consultative interviews, present program options, and guide applicants from inquiry to enrollment.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years in customer service or sales, strong presentation skills, and comfort with high-volume outreach. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CampusVue/Nexus familiarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews presenting program options and career pathways.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions and collect admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

What you’ll do

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.


• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.


• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.


• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.


• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

Who you are

• Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.


• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.


• Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.


• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).


• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
