Job summary

Brookline College seeks an admissions-focused professional to respond to inquiries, conduct interviews, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process. This role emphasizes a high-volume outreach approach and strong consultative selling to present program options and outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in customer service or admissions-related sales, with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Brookline College programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
