Job summary

Unitek Learning in Reno, NV seeks an experienced Admissions/Enrollment Representative to contact potential students, schedule interviews, and guide applicants through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, making 100–150 outbound calls daily, presenting career options, collecting documents, and logging activity in Nexus/CampusVue. A degree and sales experience preferred; strong Microsoft Office skills and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years as Admissions/Enrollment Representative or 5 years in a position with similar duties and responsibilities; sales or recruiting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.

• Present career planning options for potential students during in-person or virtual interview sessions.
• Follow up with interested students to answer questions and collect admissions documents.

Job Description

Unitek-Concord offers Bachelor of Science degrees in Nursing and diploma level programs in Vocational Nursing and Medical Assisting. The Admissions department follows a consultative sales process with prospective students. Most of the job duties involve contacting potential students who have already expressed an interest in enrolling at Unitek College, scheduling interviews with them, and--if appropriate--collecting documents for those students interested in applying.
