Job summary

Unitek College is hiring an Admissions Representative for Nursing and Allied Health programs. The role involves guiding prospective students from inquiry to enrollment, with a focus on compassionate communication and program outcomes.

You will conduct consultative interviews, manage a high-volume outbound schedule, and document all interactions in the campus CRM. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and training in enrollment techniques is provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

• Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
• Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
