Job summary

Unitek College in California is seeking an Admissions Representative for Inside Sales to join our campus team. You will engage prospective students, conduct interviews, and guide them from interest to enrollment.

The role features a high-volume outbound calling routine (100–150 calls daily), in-person or virtual consultations, and documentation in Nexus/CampusVue. You’ll support nursing and allied health programs and contribute to the college’s mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ customer service, telemarketing, or sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

What you’ll do

Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).

Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
