Job summary

Unitek Learning is seeking an Admissions Representative for Nursing & Allied Health to connect prospective students with life-changing training and enroll them in our programs. You will conduct interviews, present program options, and guide applicants from interest to enrollment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years customer service, telemarketing or sales experience (including admissions experience).
• Demonstrated ability to fulfill Company Key Behaviors.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to work assigned/flexible hours necessary to complete the job on a weekly basis.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who've expressed interest in Unitek programs.
• Make 100-150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
• Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
• Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
• Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.

• Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
• Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
