Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an Admissions leader to oversee the admissions process, ensuring a smooth experience for residents and families. You will plan and direct daily Operations to meet census goals, admit patients, screen by criteria, and coordinate services while safeguarding confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 2+ years admissions experience, and an LVN/RN license is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred.
• Two years’ admissions experience preferred.
• LVN or RN license preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage admissions process to ensure positive experience for residents and families.
• Plan, direct, and monitor daily Admissions Department operations to meet census goals.
• Admit patients to the health care facility and screen by admission criteria.
• Coordinate and arrange services including transportation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
