PACS Group is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to manage the admissions process and achieve census goals in a Texas facility. The role involves coordinating with Nursing, Case Management, and other departments to ensure seamless resident intake and accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare admissions experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and may hold LVN/RN licensure. Strong communication, organization, and leadership abilities are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; healthcare knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field preferred; LVN/RN license advantageous.
• Two years admissions experience preferred; supervisory duties may be required.

• Direct and monitor daily Admissions Department operations within budgeted census targets.
