Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Degree in health care or related field preferred.
• Two years admissions experience preferred.
• LVN or RN license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process to meet census goals and ensure a positive experience for residents and families.
• Screen patients by matching conditions to admission criteria and complete necessary forms.
• Coordinate with Nursing and Case Management to ensure appropriate admissions and bed availability.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and support outreach events.
