Job summary

PACS Group is seeking an Admissions professional to support facility operations by increasing the census. You will manage admissions processes, verify criteria and coordinate with Nursing, Case Management and other leaders to ensure smooth, timely admissions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and attention to detail to deliver a positive experience for residents and families. Prior admissions experience is preferred and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor's in health care or related field preferred.
• Two years Admissions experience preferred.
• LVN or RN license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the admissions process efficiently to ensure a positive experience for residents, families and supporting staff.
• Plan, direct and monitor daily Operations of the Admissions Department to meet census goals and admit residents professionally.
• Admit patients to the health care facility and verify admission criteria and financial responsibility forms.
• Coordinate with other facility leaders to ensure timely communication and referral of residents.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and protect organization reputation.
