PACS is seeking a dynamic admissions leader to manage the admissions process and ensure positive experiences for residents and families. The role requires coordinating with nursing, social work and discharge planners to meet census goals and ensure compliant admissions.

Applicants should have high school or GED; bachelor’s in healthcare or related field preferred, with admissions experience and familiarity with medical records and confidentiality requirements.

Competenze

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED; a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field is preferred.
• Two years’ Admissions experience is preferred; LVN or RN license is preferred.

Mansioni

• Manage admissions process to ensure a positive experience for residents and families.
• Direct and monitor daily Admissions Department operations to meet census goals.
• Admit patients by completing admission and financial forms and screening according to criteria.
• Coordinate with Nursing, Case Management and other departments to facilitate admissions.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and ensure proper documentation.
