Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) in San Antonio, TX. You will be the first point of contact for families, guiding them through admissions with empathy and care from the initial call to day one of therapy.

Working with the Operations Manager, you will manage in-center administrative tasks, coordinate admissions, and help families understand ABC’s ABA services. The role offers in-person work, growth opportunities, and a supportive team culture.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners.
• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
• Live ABC's Core Values of Caring, Excellence, Team, Learning, and Fun, and serve as a culture role model for your teammates.
