Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first point of contact for families entering ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and manage essential administrative tasks to ensure a smooth start for each child.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center (document management, scheduling, data entry).
• Serve as the first point of contact for families via calls and emails with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC services and support our child’s needs.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Maintain accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication.
