Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first connection for families starting ABA treatment. You will guide admissions with empathy, manage center administration, and collaborate with the Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to ensure a smooth onboarding process from the initial call to day one of therapy.

This in-center role offers in-depth training, growth opportunities to Senior CAA or Operations leadership, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, including document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC services and how ABC supports their child.
• Coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.
• Maintain accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear cross-department communication.
