Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first empathetic point of contact for families beginning ABA treatment. You will guide admissions, manage scheduling and documentation, and collaborate with Operations and Clinical Directors to ensure a smooth transition into therapy.

The role emphasizes compassionate communication, organization, and teamwork within an in-center setting, with growth opportunities and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, including document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families via phone, email, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Explain ABC services to families and how ABC supports their child.
• Coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.
• Maintain accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
• Live ABC's Core Values and serve as a culture role model.
