Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy, handling scheduling and records in collaboration with the center Operations Manager.

You’ll support families from their first call through the child’s first therapy day while upholding ABC’s values and coordinating with clinical staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, including document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for families via calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Coordinate admissions with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors and maintain compliant, organized records.
