Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) to be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA treatment. You will guide admissions with empathy, coordinate administrative tasks with the Operations Manager, and support families from the initial call through day one of therapy.

The role is full-time, in-center in Castle Rock, CO, with competitive hourly pay and a yearly performance bonus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Responsabilidades

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism
• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners
• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments
