Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) is hiring an in-center Clinic Admissions Associate (CAA) in San Antonio, TX. You will be the first point of contact for families beginning ABA therapy, guiding admissions with empathy from the first call through the child’s first day of therapy.

Work closely with the Operations Manager to manage admissions, onboarding, and marketing, and help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibily.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Drive, and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Preferred: at least one year of experience in administrative work, customer service, or client relations.
• Experience in an ABA or healthcare setting is a plus.
• Experience as a Behavioral Therapist or familiarity with autistic children is a plus.
• Knowledge of behavioral health, medical documentation, or healthcare terminology.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for your center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and other external partners.
• Help families understand our services and how ABC supports their child.
• Collaborate with your Operations Manager and Clinical Directors to coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
