Qualifikationen

• 1-2 years of administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

Aufgaben

• Day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and communication with referral sources.
• Provide strong support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations manager and clinical leadership.
• Embody ABC core values and be a cultural role model for teammates.
