Job summary

Action Behavior Centers (ABC) seeks a Clinic Admissions Associate to be the first point of contact for families pursuing ABA therapy. You will guide admissions with empathy, assist with scheduling, and coordinate processes with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth start for each child.

You will manage documents, communications, and data entry, while upholding ABC's values and delivering exceptional service to families and referral sources.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and general computer skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily administrative tasks for the center, such as document management, scheduling, and data entry.
• Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current families by answering calls, emails, and inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Communicate with referral sources and external partners.
• Help families understand ABC's services and how ABC supports their child.
• Coordinate admissions, onboarding, and marketing with Operations Manager and Clinical Directors.
• Keep accurate, organized records to support compliance and clear communication across departments.
• Live ABC's Core Values and serve as a culture role model.
