Responsibilities

  • Manage phone services and appointment scheduling.
  • Assist visitors and manage visitor services.
  • Coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and book conference rooms.
  • Distribute information and manage internal communications.
  • Order office supplies and handle copying, faxing, and graphics requests.
  • Manage records and data, ensuring accurate tracking and filing.
  • Assist with desktop processing and correspondence tracking.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and time/labor collection.
  • Provide support for property management and office moves.
  • Assist with training coordination, information services, and special events.
