Under the general supervision of the immediate supervisor(s): (1) Coordinate and perform varied assignments with a minimum of direct supervision, using independent judgment and discretion, including:
Responsible to the immediate supervisor(s) for performance of assigned responsibilities.
Performance in this position is considered satisfactory when: (1) responsibilities of the position have been carried out at a level that ensures efficient and effective support to all people she/he supports.
(1) Education: (a) High school diploma, associate degree preferred; (b) any combination of training or experience which would facilitate the performance of the above responsibilities. (2) Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: (a) proficient in College standard software including knowledge of MSWord/Excel/Access software, accurate keyboarding; (b) excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of confidentiality required; c) ability to prioritize, multi-task and organize work; (d) good oral and written communication skills; (e) ability to understand and follow oral or written instructions; (f) accurate keyboarding skills necessary. (3) Experience: Minimum of three years' experience with demonstrated competency to perform the duties involved, preferably in a public oriented position.
