The part-time Office Assistant will support the One-Stop Student Services team by providing front-line assistance to students, staff, and visitors. Under the general supervision of the immediate supervisor(s), this role will help ensure timely, accurate, and friendly support related to enrollment services, as well as manage administrative tasks that support overall office operations.
Reports to the designated supervisor within the One-Stop Student Services team. Collaborates with departments across Enrollment Services, admissions, registration, financial aid, billing, and advising services.
Performance is considered satisfactory when responsibilities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with service standards, contributing to a smooth and supportive student experience.
Education: High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
Monday + Friday 8 - 4 pm. Tuesday - Thursday 8 am -12 pm

The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report is currently available online. The report contains information regarding campus safety and security including topics such as : campus law enforcement authority; crime reporting policies; campus alerts (Timely Warnings and Emergency Notifications); fire safety policies and procedures; programs to prevent dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault and stalking; the procedures the College will follow when one of these crimes is reported; and other matters of importance related to security on campus. The report also contains information about crime statistics for the three most recent calendar years concerning reported crimes that occurred on campus; in On-Campus Student Housing Facilities; in Non-Campus buildings or property owned or controlled by the College or a recognized student organization; and on public property within, or immediately adjacent to and accessible from, the campus. The report also contains fire statistics for any fires occurring in an On-Campus Student Housing Facility during the three most recent calendar years.
