  • Assist with employee onboarding processes, including collecting required documentation and preparing onboarding materials.
  • Coordinate pre-employment background checks and follow up on outstanding requirements.
  • Assist with employee timesheet collection, tracking, review, and submission.
  • Support basic HR documentation and maintain accurate employee files.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, interviews, and company events.
  • Help organize company meetings, celebrations, and internal events.
  • Set up conference rooms before meetings and ensure the space is clean and properly prepared.
  • Attend meetings as requested and take clear, organized meeting minutes.
  • Receive, document, and distribute incoming packages and deliveries.
  • File, scan, print, copy, and organize paperwork and electronic records.
  • Ensure files and documents are maintained according to company standards.
  • Order office supplies and monitor inventory to ensure materials remain stocked.
