Administrative Assistant to provide support in the St. Johnsbury Vermont UVM Extension office to include maintaining conference room schedules and travel arrangements, tracking workshop registrations, coordinate event logistics, answering the phones and reception.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate’s Degree and one to three years of related experience with working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions and familiarity with Internet resources required. Effective interpersonal skills ability to interact with the public required.
Desirable Qualifications
A basic understanding of PeopleSoft software and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications desired.
Anticipated Pay Range
Anticipated Pay Range $24.00/hr to $29.00/hr
Other Information
This position is located at the St. Johnsbury Extension Office and may require travel to other UVM facilities, Extension field offices, or venues in Vermont. Candidate must have the ability to travel to various locations.
