The University of Vermont is seeking a part-time admissions data specialist to support the Banner SIS and related data workflows for Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions. You will ensure data integrity, load data into Banner and Slate, and support internal/external data needs.
Responsibilities include testing Banner updates, training staff on Banner SIS, and managing communications for deferral and admission applications. This role offers a hybrid schedule with campus and remote work options.

Perform technical and data management support of the student information system (Banner) as it relates to the Graduate and Undergraduate Admissions Offices. Provide oversight of data integrity; provision of data to both internal and external units; electronic loading of data into Slate and Banner database; and testing of Banner updates and web forms. Coordinate and provide training to staff members in the Banner SIS . Manage communications and applications for students who defer admission.
Anticipated Pay Range $25/hour to $27/hour
Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
