  • Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, office supplies, equipment, mail, snacks, and building needs
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding by coordinating equipment orders, setup, and other workplace logistics
  • Plan and coordinate company events, including team meals, celebrations, offsites, leadership retreats, All Hands meetings, board meetings, and holiday events
  • Manage event logistics, scheduling, vendor coordination, and day‑of execution
  • Oversee company swag, business cards, new-hire welcome packages, employee gifts, and recognition programs
