Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience required, neuroscience/psychiatry preferred.
• Strong account-based selling skills and success in prior sales roles.
• Experience with pull-through of local formulary wins and payer access programs.
• Understanding of prior authorization processes and working with providers.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Engage customers via face-to-face, virtual, or phone; utilize resources for opportunities.
• Analyze local market dynamics and adapt plans accordingly.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national goals.
• Stay current on payer access and identify pull-through opportunities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Represent the brand at industry events and build market awareness.
