Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Specialist to drive territory sales in Georgia, align with quarterly targets, and execute plans to increase product usage.

You will collaborate with payers, providers, and internal teams to remove access barriers, deliver value through education, and build strong relationships across the local market.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in pharma sales, with strong account-based selling and authorization experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales.
• Strong account-based selling skills with proven results.
• Experience with formulary access and prior authorization helpful.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly/annual basis.
• Apply resources and engage via face-to-face, virtual, or phone calls to HCPs and staff.
• Analyze local market dynamics and adjust plans accordingly.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with objectives.
• Keep abreast of payer access environments and pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of disease state, treatment approaches, and our product.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Participate in industry meetings to build relationships and brand awareness.
• Leverage selling model to build a call continuum and gain commitment.
• Proactively address challenges to improve patient access and market position.
• Set high goals and monitor progress, striving for continuous improvement.
• Use data and tools to build strategic call plans and drive performance.
• Ensure customer perspective drives business decisions and service practices.
• Communicate effectively to gain acceptance of products and ideas.
