Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience required.
• Experience in specialty sales preferred: Neuroscience, psychiatry; ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry.
• Knowledge of formulary pull-through strategies.
• Understanding of prior authorization processes and working with providers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly/annual basis.
• Apply resources against opportunities and engage customers via face-to-face, virtual, or phone.
• Analyze local market dynamics and adjust strategy.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans.
• Maintain payer access knowledge and pull-through opportunities.
• Understand disease states and our products to advise customers.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Participate in industry meetings to build brand awareness.
