Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience.
• Strong account based selling skills with proven success in sales roles.
• Knowledge of strategies to pull-through local formulary wins.
• Experience with prior authorization processes and payer programs.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly/annual basis.
• Use calls, speaker programs, and payer tools across face-to-face, virtual, or phone to engage customers.
• Analyze local market dynamics and respond to trends.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Stay current on local and national payer access and pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of disease states and products to support customers.
• Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
• Attend industry meetings to build relationships and awareness of the brand.
• Leverage the selling model to build a call continuum and gain commitment.
• Proactively address challenges to build solutions considering impact on customers.
• Set high goals and measure progress toward them.
• Use business tools to evaluate data and drive performance.
• Keep customer perspective in decisions and ensure compliance with policies.
• Use appropriate communication styles to gain acceptance of product/service.
• Align actions with the organization’s vision and values and uphold compliance.
