Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Specialist to drive sales in the assigned U.S. territory. You will execute territory plans, engage healthcare professionals, and collaborate with payer teams to improve patient access.

The role requires strong account-based selling, market analysis, and the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to overcome access barriers. Travel as needed to meet customers and events. Collegium is committed to a compliant, high-performance culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical sales or life sciences sales experience required; Neuroscience/psychiatry/ADHD pediatric experience preferred.
• Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
• Working knowledge of pull-through local formulary wins.
• Understanding of prior authorization processes and experience partnering with healthcare providers on access programs preferred.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
• Applies resources against best business opportunities and engages customers via face-to-face, virtual, or phone methods.
• Analyzes market dynamics to inform strategies and plans for the territory.
• Develops and executes territory business plans and call plans aligned with national objectives.
• Keeps current on payer access environment and identifies pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrates thorough knowledge of disease state and product to serve as a resource to customers.
• Partners with stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
• Participates in industry meetings to build brand awareness.
