You will use face-to-face, virtual, and phone engagements to raise product awareness, analyze local market dynamics, and build access pathways, while collaborating with internal stakeholders to remove barriers and improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field or equivalent.
• 2-4 years pharmaceutical sales experience in specialty sales preferred: Neuroscience, psychiatry, ADHD.
• Strong account-based selling skills with proven success in prior roles.
• Experience pulling-through local formulary wins and engaging with payers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly/annual basis.
• Engage customers (HCPs & staff) Face-to-face, Virtual, or phone to drive utilization.
• Analyze local market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans to meet objectives.
• Stay current on payer access and identify pull-through opportunities.
• Build product knowledge to serve as a trusted resource for customers.
