Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking an ADHD Specialist to drive territory sales by executing local strategies and engaging healthcare professionals across Massachusetts.

The role focuses on delivering compliant, patient-centered access and building strong relationships with providers and staff. You will utilize speaker programs, payer tools, and clinical knowledge of ADHD and neuropsychiatry to meet quarterly targets and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience.
• Strong account-based selling skills with proven success in prior sales roles.
• Experience in neuroscience, psychiatry, ADHD/paediatric psychiatry preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals/targets on quarterly and/or annual basis.
• Apply resources against opportunities and engage customers via face-to-face, virtual or phone.
• Analyze market trends and develop territory business and call plans.
• Keep up with payer access environment and pull-through opportunities.
• Demonstrate disease state knowledge and serve as a resource to customers.
• Partner with stakeholders to remove barriers to access.
• Participate in industry meetings to build relationships and awareness.
• Develop a call continuum to gain commitment from customers.
