Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years of pharmaceutical sales or equivalent life sciences sales experience.
• Experience in specialty sales (neuroscience, psychiatry; ADHD/Pediatric psychiatry) preferred.
• Strong account-based selling skills with demonstrated success in prior sales roles.
• Understanding of prior authorization process and experience partnering with healthcare providers on market access programs preferred.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales goals on quarterly and annual basis.
• Engage customers (HCPs & staff) via Face-to-face, Virtual, or phone.
• Develop and execute territory business and call plans.
• Stay updated on payer access environment and pull-through opportunities.
• Represent product and disease state knowledge to customers.
