Job summary

Collegium Pharmaceutical is seeking an ADHD Specialist to drive territory sales and exceed quarterly and annual objectives by executing tailored plans and leveraging resources like call programs and payer tools. You will engage healthcare providers across your geography, build relationships, and stay current on access dynamics to promote our pain and neuropsychiatry portfolio.

The role requires 2–4 years in pharma sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in account-based selling

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
2–4 years of pharmaceutical or life sciences sales experience.
Specialty sales in Neuroscience, psychiatry, ADHD pediatric preferred.
Strong account-based selling and formulary pull-through knowledge.
Valid driver’s license and insurability.

Responsibilities

Achieve territory sales goals on a quarterly and/or annual basis.
Apply resources and engage customers via face-to-face, virtual, or phone.
Analyze local market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Develop and execute territory business and call plans aligned with national objectives.
Stay current on payer access and pull-through opportunities in the local market.
Demonstrate thorough knowledge of disease state and our product to customers.
Partner with internal/external stakeholders to remove access barriers.
Attend industry meetings to build relationships and awareness of the brand.
