Formlabs is hiring a Technical Sales Representative for on-site work in Milwaukee. You will consult with customers, identify leads, and close opportunities while delivering exceptional service and solutions that fit real-world manufacturing needs.

You will work with a team, participate in events, and deepen product expertise through hands-on training. The role emphasizes relationship building, communication, and a bias for action in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• 0-5 years full-time work experience.
• Naturally curious and passionate about technology.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer demand to consult & sell additive manufacturing technology.
• Identify sales leads via inbound inquiries by phone and email.
• Ensure an amazing customer experience while assessing up-sell and cross-sell potential.
• Coordinate regular touch points with customers to align results to sales growth.
• Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite customer events.
• Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and deliver sales results.
• Become a knowledgeable champion of Formlabs technology through training and product experience.
