Job summary

Formlabs in Somerville, MA is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to close new sales of our additive manufacturing solutions with key customers. The role focuses on consultative selling and understanding customer demand to drive adoption of our cutting-edge 3D printing technology.

You will consult with customers, identify inbound leads, coordinate regular touchpoints, and represent Formlabs at trade shows while receiving extensive sales and product training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• 0-5 years full-time work experience.
• Customer-focused and results-oriented relationship builder.
• Able to communicate effectively via phone, video, and email.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer demand to consult & sell additive manufacturing technology.
• Identify sales leads and follow up on inbound inquiries by phone and email.
• Ensure an amazing customer experience while assessing up-sell and cross-sell potential.
• Coordinate regular touch points with customers to understand needs and drive sales growth.
• Represent Formlabs at trade shows and onsite events.
• Collaborate with key decision makers to identify opportunities and deliver sales results.
• Become a knowledgeable champion of Formlabs technology through training.
