Formlabs in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking a Technical Sales Representative to join the on-site Direct Sales team. You will understand customer demand and sell cutting-edge additive manufacturing technology using a solution-oriented approach, identifying leads and following up on inquiries.

You will ensure an exceptional customer experience while exploring up-sell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinating regular touchpoints with customers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a STEM-related field.
• 0-5 years full-time work experience.
• Naturally curious and passionate about technology.
• A relationship builder who is customer focused and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently but thrive in a team environment.
• Able to effectively communicate with customers via phone, video & email.
• Have the ability to handle rejection, learn, and adapt.
