You will respond to inquiries promptly, diagnose issues, and dispatch parts where needed, while learning products and printing for both customers and internal teams. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and dedication to customer success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or hardware support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong written and verbal empathetic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accept and work on customer cases through multiple channels including email and phone conversations with customers.
• Respond within the published Service Level Agreements.
• Log all contacts, provide technical support, diagnosis, and customer education to keep customers printing and machines working.
