You will handle cases via email and phone, respond within SLA, and work with cross-functional teams to relay feedback. A High School diploma and strong communication are required; we offer comprehensive benefits and equity opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer cases via email and phone across multiple channels.
• Respond within the published SLA commitments.
• Log contacts in cases and provide technical support, diagnosis, and education to keep customers printing.
• Dispatch replacement parts and updates in the system per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Services and product teams to relay customer feedback.
• Learn Formlabs products and print for yourself and customers.
