Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a Territory Manager for Urology and Critical Care in the USA GA region. You will drive sales, develop new business, and build key relationships through customer visits, product demonstrations, and in‑services for surgeons and OR teams.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales experience in healthcare, strong communication, and the ability to operate across hospital environments. In‑office presence is expected, with flexible arrangements as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven field sales experience in healthcare is required.
• Comfortable in hospital, office, and clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills, with problem‑solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Advise customers on products, pricing, and forecasts; manage backorders and quotes.
• Provide in‑services and product education to surgeons, OR staff, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relations with physicians, nurses, hospital staff and executives.
• Represent BD with integrity following BD policies and codes.
