Job summary

BD is seeking a Territory Manager for Urology and Critical Care in the United States. You will drive sales, develop new business opportunities, and build relationships with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff.

Responsibilities include product demonstrations, in-services, and field training participation as needed. The role requires 3 years of field sales experience, a degree or equivalent, and a proven track record of sales success.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualification or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3 years of proven field sales experience.
• Documentation of successful sales performance is required.
• Comfortable in hospital, office and clinical settings.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, communication, organizational and planning skills; creative problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Meet territory sales and profitability goals.
• Advise customers on new and current products, backorders, pricing, and forecasts.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Know prices, discounts, product availability and competition.
• Educate surgeons, OR staff, and other personnel on product use.
• Maintain knowledge of BD’s products, channels, and distribution.
