Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company seeks an Endourology Territory Manager to drive sales growth in the assigned territory. You will promote the Endourology portfolio, work with physicians, admins, supply chain, and develop territory business plans.

You will collaborate with Procedural Sales Specialists and other teams, conduct business reviews, forecast, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• ≥3 years medical device sales experience preferred.
• Experience in urology/endourology is a plus.
• Ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of hospital purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare leaders.
• Drive sales growth and territory penetration.
• Forecast, manage pipeline, and provide sales updates.
• Support product evaluations and clinical training.
• Collaborate on IDN, health system and GPO initiatives.
• Identify competitive opportunities and develop new business.
• Maintain active sales pipeline and use CRM for forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
