Statellite, LLC is looking for coaches to oversee onboarding and early retention for new programs. You will own activation and first-season retention, and build the playbook with scripts, templates, and checkpoints across multiple programs.

Collaborate with product to close in-product confusion and ensure customers realize value quickly. This remote-first role offers a competitive salary with equity, full benefits, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Prior coaching experience at any level, or direct work with coaching staffs.
• Customer-obsessed, write-it-down operating style.
• Ability to run a tight onboarding cadence with dozens of programs in parallel.
