Job summary

Dynamic Advisor Solutions is seeking an Implementation & Onboarding Specialist to lead onboarding and launches for new advisors and teams. You will coordinate with custodians, technology partners, and internal teams to ensure transitions are organized, timely, and executed to high standards.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in RIA operations, wealth management, or financial services.
• Experience working with financial advisors, custodians, and technology in wealth management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding, transfers, and advisory operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding and transitions for new advisors and teams.
• Develop onboarding plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables from kickoff through launch.
• Coordinate across internal teams, custodians, and vendors to complete setup requirements.
