Aaron's in Baytown, TX is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to drive payment collections and lease renewals while delivering friendly service over the phone and in person.

You will build relationships with customers, help them understand lease benefits, and work with the Sales Team to reach daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals. This role requires high energy, strong communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and up to 300 lbs with dolly.

Responsabilités

• Manage customer accounts and maintain updated information in store system.
• Contact customers who have not renewed Lease agreements.
• Explain benefits of timely lease renewals and drive payments.
• Support revenue and renewal goals daily, weekly, monthly.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries.
• Load, secure, and protect products in company vehicle.
• Operate company vehicle safely and assist Sales Team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
