Job summary

Aaron’s Family of Companies is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to build relationships with customers by phone and in-person to drive payment collections and lease renewals, aiming to bring customers closer to ownership. The role emphasizes high-energy service, accountability, and effective communication.

You will manage accounts, perform in-home visits when needed, and support the sales team while upholding Aaron’s brand and protecting company assets.

Qualifications

• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with ability to multitask and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store computer system.
• Contact customers with non-renewed leases by phone or in-home visits.
• Promote timely lease renewal payments and benefits to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Support merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Safely operate company vehicle and complete routine vehicle maintenance.
