We require at least 5 years of AP experience or equivalent office experience. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position located on-site in Wisconsin, with opportunities to contribute to a growing team and engage with various departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of AP experience or equivalent office experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks is required.
• This is an in-office, full-time role on-site in Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Process and code accounts payable invoices.
• Maintain vendor records and timely payment processing.
• Reconcile AP aging and respond to supplier inquiries.
• Support month-end closing with AP data and documentation.
