Boucher Group Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Associate to join our accounting team. This full-time role offers step-by-step training under a team lead and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with opportunities for advancement.

You will handle full cycle AP for multiple companies, ensure accurate coding to GL, manage tri-monthly check runs, ACH and card payments, and monthly vendor reconciliations while maintaining strong attention to detail and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous accounts payable experience preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Full cycle accounts payable processing for multiple companies
• Review and post invoices with proper GL coding and approvals
• Tri-monthly vendor check runs including ACH and credit card payments
• Monthly vendor statement reconciliation
• Perform other duties as assigned
